Look, we didn't start with some fancy business plan or venture capital. We started because somebody had to actually fix these big rigs right - not just patch 'em up and send 'em rolling with fingers crossed.
Started in a two-bay shop with just me and my buddy Marcus. We'd both spent years working for bigger outfits and kept seeing the same problems - shops treating heavy-duty work like it's just a bigger car. It ain't. These trucks need folks who understand what they go through day in, day out.
Word got around that we weren't just throwing parts at problems. Fleet managers started calling, and we had to expand. Moved to our current spot on Industrial Way - eight bays, proper lifts, the works. Brought on Sarah who knows transmissions better than anyone I've ever met.
Trucks don't break down on schedule, that's for damn sure. We started getting calls at 2am, 4am, whenever. So we did what made sense - built out our emergency response team. Now we've got coverage around the clock because your schedule matters more than our sleep.
By now we were handling maintenance for some of the biggest fleets in BC. We developed our preventive programs because we'd rather keep you on the road than see you broken down. It's better for everyone - less downtime, lower costs, and honestly, more interesting work for us.
We've got 18 techs now, all specialists in different areas. We've worked on thousands of trucks and we're still learning something new almost every week. That's what keeps it interesting - heavy-duty work never gets boring, and there's always another challenge rolling through those bay doors.

Transmissions are like puzzles, and I'm good at puzzles. Rebuilt more Eaton Fullers than I can count. Don't let anyone tell you this is just a guy's job - wrench don't care who's turning it.
Engine Rebuild Lead
Started as an apprentice here back in 2013. Now I run the engine shop. Nothing beats bringing a tired motor back to life - especially when the customer thought it was toast.
Fleet Services Manager
I coordinate all our fleet maintenance programs. Used to drive long-haul myself, so I get what it's like when your truck's down. My job is making sure that happens as rarely as possible.
Brake & Safety Systems
Brakes aren't glamorous but they're critical. I take pride in knowing every truck leaving here can stop when it needs to. Safety stuff keeps me sharp and honestly keeps me up at night in a good way.
Emergency Response Lead
I run the night crew and roadside team. Been doing this for 12 years and still get a rush helping someone stranded at 3am. We'll get you moving again, guaranteed.
